Cancellation policy
There is no extra charge for a booking service. For a guaranteed booking it is enough to pay for the first night of your stay. Payment has to be made in 2 working days after the confirmed request. In case of delay in a payment? please, repeat the application and get a confirmation once more.
In case of an unguaranteed booking (without prepayment), check-in in the hotel is strictly from 12.00 till 13.00, in the hostels and guest-houses - 13.00 - 14.00. If you don't ckeck in in the mentioned period your booking is to be cancelled. Therefore, please, specify a correct time of your arrival in advance.
Attention!
Booking cancellation more than 10 days before arrival - we return the prepayment - 6% of the amount
Cancellation 3-10 days before arrival - we return 50% of the prepayed amount
In case of cancellaion less than 3 days before arrival - prepayment is not refundable
If for any reason you're planning to leave earlier than you planned to stay, please, warn an administrator no later than 1 day before actual check out (11-12 am one day before actual check-out). If this rule is not respected, payment for a date of unplanned check out can't be returned.
Refund can be made on the guest' account as well as in other ways in agreement with the hotel
